If you're not in a hurry, monitor http://www.salescircular.com to see when a local place has them on sale. Otherwise, newegg is typically my choice.

I might be selling my 19" Samsung flatscreen monitor...it's pretty quality...but I won't know for the next two weeks...so I guess this is kind of pointless.
