I've thought about this one a lot because I watch the food channel constantly....because I love to cook and think having my own show would be the most awesome job ever... BUT... in order:

Tyler and Bobby are my favorite chefs for recipes. I cook A LOT of their stuff. Actually a lot of Alton Brown's stuff too.

Last time I was in Vegas I went to Flay's Mesa Grill. It was fabulous.

Okay, you joke, but Good Eats and Iron Chef America are by far the best shows on Food Network.

Good Eats teaches you the most about cooking by breaking down the theory of why flavors and ingredients work the way they do.

And Iron Chef is flat out entertaining. You'll never see some of these dishes except on this show, and it's incredible that so much imagination can be put into FIVE dishes in under an hour. I can't believe what they generate sometimes.
