Definately Pioli. Hugh Douglas was highly anticipated but this will change the direction of the franchise for years to come.
I haven't heard anyone yell at their wives, "IT'S SCOTT TIME, WOMAN!"
My money is on Hugh Douglas.

You have to add Herm Edwards and his abilities to fix defenses....
This place swallowed every drop of Herms words when he walked across the missouri river on his way to rescue the Chiefs and restore the Chiefs pride to Arrowhead...

Pioli for sure.
I also don't think we've seen anything close to the meltdown that will occur if he goes elsewhere/back to NE.

Where's the Scanlon contract holdout? This poll fails.

Yep, it was very anticlimatic when he actually became a Chief.

oh my, I forgot about him
Not even close. Hugh by a mile. That's what I'm talking about.
People actually thought getting Hugh Douglas would set us over the edge and create a play-making defense that when combined with our unstoppable offense, would result in a championship

I was around and I go with Ty Law. That shit lasted two off seasons. And of course he was "the final piece."
