Okay, so not only in Missouri. I still hate it. Yesterday it was partly cloudy and 65 degrees. 24 hours later? High of 34 degrees. Currently 25 degrees with flurries.

I'm convinced that the saying "If you don't like the weather in XXX, wait a few hours" is used everywhere, but everyone thinks the phenomenon is unique to their area. It's an odd deal.

Not everywhere.

We don't have that problem here in California.

Yeah, that makes sense. The west coast's weather is more static because it's primarily driven by ocean temperatures. Everyone else's weather is driven by fronts and air pressure, so it can change more quickly. At least I think that's right - I'm not meteorologist.

65? Wow, it's been pretty decent here the last couple weeks but we haven't seen anything like that.

No matter what, it's unlikely you'll ever beat Loma, Montana on January 15, 1972, where temps went from -56F to 49F in 24 hours.

Okay, so it's not only in Missouri. I just hate it when it does that, because my sinuses tend to go crazy when the climates makes a major change in a short period of time.

What about San Francisco?

The one time I was there, I swear the temperature down on the Wharf swung 20 degrees in both directions over the course of 8 hours.

I rode my bike along the beach this morning.
Not a cloud in the sky. It will be 72 degrees today.

I guess that's why my mortgage is $4,800 a month.

Yeah, I heard it in Detroit a few times, even though the weather doesn't change nearly as dramatically as it does in the Midwest.

If there are two things the US has a lot of, it's changes in weather and idiots.

holy monkey balls. if that is true the Global warming is BS.

The temp rises 100 degrees in 24 hours and that makes global warming BS? :spock:
