HD TV on your pc

I have Windows Media Center XP with a TV tuner currently on my desktop pc. Nice to be able to watch/record TV, but the picture isn't very good. It seems there are several alternatives to getting an HD signal on your pc (HD tuner, USB stick, etc.) ---- which option do you use and would you recommend?

I've had the HDTV Wonder since it came out, zero problems, though you have to get at least the Rollup Update 1 installed before installing it in MCE. That's a software glitch though, not a shortcoming of the device.
