I hope so. The worst part is that none of the coaching candidates excite me that much. I like Haley, but I am not sure he is ready to be a head coach. With the QB and WR's he had, I don't think that it was much of an accomplishment to achieve what they did.

I wish the Chiefs would have either moved faster, or held off a year to make this switch. As it is, we are three weeks away from free agency, and just six or so from the combine.

I think Herm got off to a poor start largely because he was forced to keep some of the previous staff that he didn't work well with.

Now, Haley is going to be forced to throw together a staff, and may be forced to keep some of Herm's staff that he doesn't work well with.

I really hope that the Chiefs get someone hired soon. I am all for taking time to make sure they make the right decision, but a month after the season ends to get a new coach is too long, IMO.

I bet we find out tomorrow as well. It's got to be Haley (I already fired Herm on Madden 09 and named Haley Coach, Crennel as D Coordinator, kepy Gaily as OC)...:)
Only other person is Cowher or Shanahan....Cowher has been extremely quiet as of late....But I think they want a younger guy.....Shot in the dark is Garrett from Dallas.
And I sincerely hopw its not Gaily....Keep him as OC..

And can we please kick LJ out of town immediately. He is an absolute dummy. He thinks he has value? Idiot. I say keep his as* and have him sit the bench.
