Why do I not hear this being screamed from the likes of the Rush Limbaugh crowd and other so-called conservatives and such? They scream we need lower corporate taxes. We (the people) scream that we need jobs. So why not give corporations a tax break for hiring American's and more or less a tax penalty for going outside the country for labor?

Just a thought....

If you're talking about illegal immigrants then there already is a break for hiring citizens, it's called not paying the penalties for hiring illegals.

I agree. There should be more incentives to making products in the U.S. as opposed to outside the U.S.. This is why the economy is in the mess it is in today.

That is only 1/2 of the argument. The other 1/2 is offshoring\Worker Visas.

And don't kid yourself, we don't have everything subtitled in spanish these days cause there is a penalty.

No need to hire anyone if the stuff you produce aint being bought. Makes no difference what the tax benefit it to hiring someone.

ACLU would love to jump on that, if it was a directive and or policy that would be adhered to.
