That woudl be a great start. We'd still need to draft or sign a LB, DT, FB.....

good start? that would be a pretty much perfect offseason. It's probably a bit much to hope for.

I think LJ would be a good fit for Philly. Westbrook always seems to be banged up and that would take pressure off Donovan Mcnabb. Cuuple that with LJ being from the east coat. I think this is the most logical situation

I think we'll get Curry.

Perhaps Pioli will try to go after Housh?

The problem there is, if you get Housh, all of a sudden the Chiefs top 3 targets are all possession guys who don't really stretch the field. It's gonna be difficult to pass when the defence knows you're not going more than 15 yards down field.

WTF would we draft Crabtree? Please tell me, we have two solid WR's. WE NEED DL,LB,OL. Not another WR.

Yeahhhh, you're right. Although Cassel isn't going to heave it downfield all that often anyway.

Crabtree is too close to Bowe, too. Are there any speed guys available?

I heard a rumor that the kid from Mizzou has wheels.

Percy Harvin, Louis Murphy and Darius Heyward-Bey are all faster than Maclin.

We should have one thread for all of these idiotic what-if scenarios.

Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin ran a 4.53 and a 4.7 in the 40, respectively. Speed is obviously a great thing to have in a WR, but more than a little overinflated in importance, IMO. running good routes, making cuts well (and having some burst out of them), good hands and body control are all more important, I think.

It would be nice to have a speed WR to stretch the field but there are players like A. Lelie, Koren Robinson, D. Henderson, and D. Stallworth that are supposed to be a big hit in the NFL and don't turn out to be all that special. I want a guy that can get open and has the hands to catch the ball. Give me Boldin, Fitzgerald, and Rice any day.

NOBODY WANTS LARRY JOHNSON. GET OVER IT. IT HAPPENS. IT'S CALLED LIFE.
