I'd say no to Raiders, cause he always says he wants to win a championship.

The team who gets him, IMO will be someone needing an extra push.

Maybe Titans? I don't know their team, though. They may not need him.

But if it happens I hereby surrender to that epicness.

And out of all the things I've ever seen KC do, I would be more angry at them hiring this CANCER than any other... except maybe Lin Elliot's meltdown.

Who the hell would want him. The fact is he isn't worth the trouble he brings. The guy is a cancer with a capital C. He is very very talented but he's never won any thing and brought nothing but trouble every where he's gone. Some one will pick him up, no doubt, but they'll regret it sooner or later.

This would be the stupidest thing ever, IMO. The only teams that should take a chance on him are teams needing a quick boost to make a Super Bowl shot this year, or teams who are SO far off, they get him for his publicity alone... like the Lions or (though I just said they shouldn't get him), the Raiders.

Patriots are in the driver's seat. They don't need some guy jerking the wheel out of their hands.

Apparently you can only go there if you are a running back.

I think Denver relied on their zone blocking scheme way too much, and might be having some sticker shock at how much a quality WR or RB is.

I don't think I remember seeing them spend any money on either, except for maybe Javon Walker (that didn't turn out too well, either).

I'm a Chiefs fan, that's for sure...

And I will lose all faith in this team if they even consider him. I've put up with Marty in the playoffs, Bam Morris and Donnell Bennett, Carl Petersen's drafting, and a 2-14 season.

And after all of that, his hiring to the Chiefs would be what would really hurt. And it is because he is a cancer. It seems we're really working hard to clean this team up and give them a positive, winning attitude (which confidence, IMO is a large chunk of what separates the winners from the losers in the NFL), and signing him would TOTALLY ruin that.

Owens
Citing "two sources," ESPN's Michael Smith reports that the Cowboys have released Terrell Owens.
While his $3.1M roster bonus wasn't due until June, Dallas ultimately decided that T.O.'s locker-room politics outweighed arguably being the team's best offensive player. The move causes a $680,000K cap hit, but saves Jerry Jones $5.77M in cash. T.O. has a lot left -- he averaged 18.9 yards a catch and scored five TDs in the Cowboys' last eight games -- and may draw interest from the Raiders, Redskins, Jets, and Broncos. Receiver-needy teams almost certain to pass include Chicago, Philadelphia, and Miami.
No shit?!

He's a remarkably average wide receiver at this point in his career.

He doesn't have good hands, he lacks breakaway speed, and he runs sloppy routes.

It's not 2004 any more. Hell, if not for Jason Garrett's obsession with targeting him over Williams, Crayton, and Austin just to placate him, he probably has 20 fewer catches
