View Full Version : Football I have a weird feeling that...

Mile High Mania

... the Cutler drama will end Saturday night. I have no idea how it will end, likely some crazy 3-team trade, but I think this comes to final resolution tomorrow night.

There are so many 'speculations' that I can't begin to fathom which one is the most likely, but I think it all ends in about 36 hours.

I'm ready to :cuss: ....

Ha ha, your coach likes our QB better.

I fear it is going to end with a limp body on a couch, sprawled out next to an empty glass of milk and a vacant package of Double Stuff Oreo's, and lastly a farewell note with tear splotched ink delicately describing the sad situation inside a young mans head who finally decided to go out the way he "always dreamed".

Yes, its a http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v223/audiocoke/diabetus.jpg joke.

It'll be a thing of beauty.

I can only hope that the entire donkey-collective feels like they've been cock punched when its announced.

Yeah.....I get pleasure from their misery.

I hope the doncos draft a QB in the first round. And that it hurts ****lers' feelings so bad that he refuses to be traded.

I would like to thank the doncos for their contibution to the best off season ever.

I see the Donks and Browns getting together on this one. The new regime in Cleveland doesn't appear to be sold on Quinn:

"NFL Network's Mike Lombardi is "hearing" that Brady Quinn might not be part of the Browns' future plans.
"(Quinn's) support has left the building," said Lombardi. "We used to call it sponsorship at the Raiders." By "sponsorship," Lombardi is hinting that Quinn's defenders are no longer there. Quinn hasn't necessarily done anything wrong, but he could go on the trade block if Eric Mangini isn't sold on him."

Maybe the Browns 1st, 4th and Quinn for Cutler?

If they picked up another R1... I could see them trading it.

I dunno... and no, I have no sources, just a feeling.

Cutler is this year's Favre story. These things are scripted and produced by the NFL to keep us interested year-round.

And by the by, I watched the 2008 home game against Denver last night. One particular Chiefs defender single-handidly prevented about three touchdowns from happening in that game.

Would you care to venture a guess as to who that was? Mmm?

Pollard should not be praised just because he was doing his job correctly. Safeties are often the last line of defense.

Considering the amount of huge plays we gave up, Pollard's brand of last-line defense was lacking.

This concludes your regularly scheduled anti-Pollarding.
