Polarizing, like Polaroid. Like kodachrome, which is black and white. Why does it always have to come down to skin color with you people.
WHY?!

I think the country became much more polarized over the past 8 years. It's a shame, neither side is willing to listen to the other sides arguement. They both just sit back and hope for the other party to fail so they can take back power.

The country was united in late 2001, ever since then the division has been huge.

I can't wait for Obama to go to Hawaii on the taxpayers dime for a month of R&R.

While he is there, he can fire all the HMO CEO's without a final paycheck.

You do realize this is the same method that chose Ron Paul as the candidate that stood out with a whopping 76% at one time right? People can vote more than once for example. All polls have their flaws, but at least scientific ones give you a reasonable window of accuracy. This is like the Star asking is Herm doing a good job. Well maybe that was a bad example. :)

To be fair... NOBODY would be a star student given the current economic and political climate.
I give him a "C-" based on effort.
An "F" for being nothing more that just like the rest of them.

All he has to do is authorize the freezing of the accounts of the bank bonus recipients. That will improve his rating.

That is truly a shame because it will take both parties to get us on the right track and that doesn't look like it is happening.

Pushing legislation on car emissions that will cost the nearly bankrupt car companies billions of dollars to implement is just stupid. Stupid. Taxing alcohal, cigarettes etc. are middle class tax hikes period. You cant tax your way out of recession. Even if what he was doing with the money actually was stimulus (it isnt), it doesnt work. See Japan in the 90's.
