I've said a 100 times that if I were shopping for a DB coach, Herm is extremely high on that list. I think he does a great job with young players, and in terms of DBs, he's shown an awful lot.

However, as for his efforts and work in KC, I grade him at turd.

Anyway, the point was that guys going this route are done. I think he's cashing in on a few things before he starts a mall-walking routine with the wife.
