I like everyone but Farnsalbatross (thanks for that one JazzzLovr). I'm real fan. Heh.

I suppose in particular I like Meche, Greinke, Soria for obvious reasons. Mahay for the way he battled last year in the unsung hero's role, even though he's struggled this year at times. Jacobs for the attitude he brings to the team (according to them) and for being able to hit the ball 10 miles. Guillen for being vocal and for being able to hit the ball 5 miles. Butler for battling back time and again. Love what Callaspo and Bloomquist bring. DDJ for being a pretty consistant presence. Buck and Olivo for playing hard even though they make mistakes. Crisp for being a leader and sparkplug and for how hard he plays. Aviles for being a savior last year even though he's having a bit of a sophomore slump this year... I believe he'll get it together again, he needs patience and at-bats.

But if I was pressed to pick just one guy it would probaby be Teahen. He has a great attitude, is a borderline great 3rd baseman, hits well pretty consistantly, is a great base runner and mostly because he's a team guy. He'll do whatever the Royals ask him to do, play where ever they ask him to play and do it all without complaining or acting like he's better than that. I have absolutely no doubt that moving from position to position to position has hurt his bat sometimes. Being unable to really concentrate on one position can't be easy and he does his best anyway. He's a good guy to have on your team.

I voted for Freddie Patek. That was the last time I paid attention to the Royals.

I'm a big fan.

The incredible David DeJesus
He may suck at the plate but he makes up for it by being so inept in the outfield.

I voted for Grienke, but just want to say there isn't NEARLY enough love for Coco Crisp in this poll so far. Check out his Twitter. The guy plays World of Warcraft.

1.) Soria
2.) Gordon (I know he's on the DL & whatnot, but he's #2)
3.) Greinke
4.) Coco

So Soria. But it's tough picking one, the same way it's always tough for me to pick a top Chief.

Alberto is getting some votes, thats awesome. It should be a public poll though so we can see who voted Aviles (this isn't 2008 where he would have 25 votes) and other.

Say it ain't so, Jose. Hopefully he doesn't see this poll, or we'll have to put up with an epic pout to the media.

I voted for Coco because I love the way he's playing right now. Plus, he seems like a fun player to have around.

Greinke was too obvious. I've always liked DeJesus too. He's been around through all the losing, and is one of the few position players in recent history to come up through the farm and live up to their potential.

Yeah I voted for Zack and he's my favorite, but Teahen is a close second. Mark is a good ballplayer, but the thing I really like is he's funny as hell. When he's on with Petro that is must listen to radio. Zack's interviews are awesome to though.

unacceptable. teahen is an average baseball player at best, while soria is arguably the best closer in the major leagues.

this upsets me greatly.

The question was who is your favorite player, not who is the best. A lot of people's favorite players aren't the best.

Alright Mr. Baseball; what's up with that yuk-yuk shit against the Angels? I'm turning across the channels on Sunday, the Royals come up on the highlights, and the station should have been playing a fucking clown-theme along with that shit!

Can KC catch?

Can KC throw?

Good lord man; that was shite!
