I recently started making my own sausage, and have determined that I can do better than I can buy in the stores.
I made my own andouille, and thanks to Jim Nasium, I now make the best Red Beans & Rice I have ever tasted.
I'm ready to move up into some Gumbo, and I want to use peeled and de-veined shrimp with andouille.
Google recipes all involve chicken and other stuff.
Anybody got a lerrapin' Gumbo recipe with shrimp and andouille?
