View Full Version : Chiefs Matt Jones?

I'd love to see this guy in a Chiefs uniform - as long as he keeps his sh!t together.

The player rep for free agent Matt Jones says the NFL has notified him that Jones will not be suspended for violating a court-mandated drug program in March.
The agent says Jones only has to pay a $50,000 fine. If so, Jones should find work quickly. He's easily the best young receiver on the market. "He caught 65 passes in 12 games last year for the Jaguars and he was their No. 1 receiver," agent Dave Butz pointed out. "If he wasn't hurt one game and didn't have the three-game suspension, he may have caught 80 to 90 balls."

Fuck and yes. Pioli will work his magic on him the way he did with Corey Dillion and Randy Moss. If I can't have Boldin/Bowe, I'd love to have Bowe/Jones.

How about the huge titted chick playing an Epiphone at a carnival?

Regarding Matt Jones, I think he can be that guy to reach for those 11 foot high passes that Tony G used to pull down.

He was the Jags best receiver last year and has actually worked hard on the field and kept out of trouble for the most part ever since his arrest last year. He did test positive for alcohol a couple of months ago while under probation which led to him getting released by Jacksonville. I think at best he could be the #3 receiver for KC.

He'd be one hell of a #3 receiver. Who'd be starting over him? Bowe and Bradley? Engram?

Jones has the talent to be a great #2.

I've always liked Matt Jones. He has all of the intangibles and finally started to live up to his potential last year. Hopefully he learned from his mistakes.

I would love to see him in a Chiefs uniform.

There's risk involved with signing Jones, but he'd give Bradley a run for his money as our #2 WR.
I wouldn't mind it one bit.

He's produced like a #2 in years past.

Not so bad. I didn't realize he was that fast.

Well, I used to go to the Jags game just to watch him. He does have talent. I saw plenty of times where he was open but the QB's didn't see him. He's worth the pickup for the redzone alone. He caught a lot of TD's via the ally oop pass.

I thought he signed w/Dallas?

You actually think that none of our younger players have never been introduced to coke before. They went to college, correct?

12 games, 761 yards. That's 1,014.6 yards if he had played the whole season.

Yes, he got caught with cocaine. He's not being suspended by the NFL, though. That should show you that Goodell (who would hand a suspension to Peyton Manning if he ran a red light) really believes that he's not going to screw up again.

He's finally reaching his potential and is at a buy low. Why wouldn't we want him?

Benjamin: Fuck man! Why the fuck did you hit me?

Matt: Because now I’m a fucking superstar, and you better show the proper respect. [snorts line] Now hand me that goddamn phone, I know just who to call to turn this dickfest into a real party.

Benjamin: Sure thing, Matty.

Matt: SILKY, my man! I’muphereinArkansasandIneedsomeofyoursweetcumbuckets!

Silky Garrard: Excuse me? Might I suggest taking some deep breaths, and then you can start by identifying yourself and addressing me as Mr. Garrard.

Matt: [hits joint] It’s me Silky, it’s Matt Jones.

Silky: Who?

Matt: MATT JONES! The one and only, you can’t clone me.

Silky: Hello Matthew. Don’t you think you’d be more comfortable discussing business at my newly renovated offices? All of our furnishings are now 100% suede, scotchguarded of course for sanitary purposes.

Matt: [snorts line] Nowayman, I’m in Arkansas partying with myboys and we need some pussy here, now!

Silky: But Matthew, all of my finest ladies are here waiting for you. I’ve even installed a new entertainment pole made from the brass salvaged off of an 18th century shipwreck. Allow me to send you a picture of what you can expect.

Matt: I don’t give a shit about your fancy whores, I just need somebody to get their cottage cheese ass up to Arkansas for some dirty fuckin’. We’ve got coke and everything, we just need some of that filthy snatch you’ve got! [snorts line]

Silky: I’m sorry, I didn’t catch that last part. Did you say something about cocaine?

Matt: You’re goddamnrightSilky! It’s a fuckin’ party!

Silky: I’m afraid I cannot continue with this conversation Matthew, I’ll have to hang up the phone now.

Matt: Can you hear me now? [screams into phone] I SAID IVE GOT A SHITLOAD OF COCAINE HERE AND I NEED SOME WOMEN WHO I CAN PAY FOR SEX!

[Police officer knocks on window]

Matt: What the fuck do you want?

Officer: Put your hands where I can see them and exit the car slowly.
