D enise, I figured you for someone who could spot sarcasm. But I guess your blind hatred for Obama has rendered you incapable of recognizing Biden's sarcasm here. It seems pretty clear to me that when he said, "what will he do now?", he is taking a shot at the idiocy of the teleprompter critics. The funny thing is that Faux News ran with it, too. I guess they don't get sarcasm either.
