The Canadian Football League isn't all that thrilled with former Olathe North standout tribute to Michael Jackson in the Toronto Argos win in Hamilton, Ontario.

The league is reviewing the Toronto receiver's TD celebration after scoring in Wednesday night's 30-17 victory over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Following a TD pass from Kerry Joseph that put Toronto ahead 6-0, Bruce removed his helmet, shoulder pads and uniform top and laid down in the end zone. Bruce said he was honoring the memory of Michael Jackson by pretending to be buried.

Bruce, who graduated from North in 1996, received two objectionable conduct penalties.

“I made the mistake of telling him in camp that once he got to the end zone, I didn't care what he did,” coach Bart Andrus said. “But he's straight with it now and I think next time around he will celebrate in an appropriate manner.”

As a Michael Jackson tribute celebration, that's actually not all that impressive, to be perfectly honest about it.

The running back with the Calgary Stampeders jammed his face into a blender full of bleach.

Or ... they could do the "Bewitched" - where one guy wriggles his nose at another guy and the other guy acts like he just got turned into a Shetland Pony.

Or ... how about the "Roofer"? One guy pretends he's nailing some shingles and the other guy acts like a hammer just fell on his head.

Or, the "Invisible Box". One guy acts like he's trapped inside an invisible box and the other guy acts like he's laughing at the other guy.

Or how about the "Huevos Rancheros"? One guy acts like he just ate some super spicy eggs and the other guy acts like he has a fire extinguisher.
