Isn't that the Dragster or whatever it's called? I went on it a few years ago. Awesome ride if you want to know what your balls taste like.

It's not that new. They've added one since then.

I was just up there last week. It's a great ride. 0 to 120 in just a couple of seconds.

Sorry, I received these only as "New Ohio Roller Coaster."

If you find it make sure you consult that last picture before you try it.

Thats where I went back at the beginning of June. It is a great ride but really not worth the wait in line considering it is only 10 seconds long. Millennium Force was tons better.

Great ride. I remember getting to the top and thinking How the f*** did I get all the way up here?... and then you have about 2 seconds to enjoy the view before taking the plunge.

Sometimes it doesn't make it over the hump, so they have to back it up and try again... it would be great to get that 1.5/1 deal.

That looks fun too though.

I have a friend who is one of the top parachutists in the world. He keeps asking me to jump tandem with him. But (1) I have a height phobia and (2) I have a heart condition.

I do have a height phobia. I think I can get over that when I force myself to jump. But how about if you do not have a heart condition, will too much fear lead you to a sudden heart attack or health complications?

It's in my to do list. I have to do it.

Top Thrill Dragster is at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. It opened in 2003.

Man I love coasters! And it is hereditary. My daughter was 5 when she rode the Tower of Terror in Fla...and my son was 6 when he rode Aerosmith, which goes upside down. I was so proud. The best one I have ridden is probably Batman at Six Flags over GA, but I need to go back b/c they have added Superman and something else since I last went.

ROFL Yeah the one's on the right are all over the place.

I also noticed the skin on their arms, some g-force going on there.

I couldn't try Top Thrill Dragster because of an eye condition, but my wife waffled back and forth for two days. Then we saw some little six-year-old girl in a pink frilly dress go on. I said, "Come on, if she can do it, you can do it!" So my wife got up the courage. She said it's over so quickly that you really don't even realize what happened. (Sounds suspiciously like my sex life...)

You are just guessing. I didn't see any g-spot in the video to estimate the g-force.

I've tried that pick-up line in a bar--"Would you like to ride the Wacky Worm?"--and it usually doesn't go well.

You should alter it to, "Would you like to ride the Wacky Worm and experience some g-force?"

Actually, I should try calling it Top Thrill Dragster, in reference to my earlier post. "Hey, come on, ladies! It's fifty furious seconds, and it'll be over so quick you won't even know what happened!" :D

Yeah, I think it's either 11 or 21 seconds or something. The version in New Jersey, Kingda-Ka, is closer to a minute because it's slightly higher and also has a 100-foot bunny-hop hill in the return path.

Did the "Powder Keg" in Branson a few years ago...it was great. Did "Mr. Freeze" at Six Flags outside of STL I believe. That was nuts - it shot you up like you were going into
orbit.

The "tornado" in DSM. Ia is also alot of fun.

If you ever get to thinking today's roller coasters are too impersonal, head to Colombia (http://www.lucubrations.net/2006/12/long-live-zambezi-zinger.html).

You want to talk old school? Do some research into a lunatic named Harry Travers, and his Cyclones. Fatalities, a nurse stationed on duty, and they went out of use because people were too afraid to ride them, LOL.
