I know for a fact that we have numerous members who are interested in the culinary arts. Jenny and I love watching Chopped (http://www.foodnetwork.com/chopped/index.html) on the Food Network. I'm fascinated with how the chefs deal with the bizarre ingredients handed to them. Any other addicts?

I don't like the Food Network contest type shows, I wish they'd go back to cooking and recipes. But I have to admit that the ingredients they throw at those guys can be interesting.

My son's fiance's brother was on there, he's a Chef in New York. He got cut pretty early.....something to do with watermelon, IIRC.

My wife and I watch it pretty regularly. I like the concept just fine, but I wish that they'd lighten the tone up a bit. It's much more of a "negative vibe" than basically every other Food Network show. The judges irritate me.

Its OK. My favorite show on Food is anything with Giada in it...
