A better title would've been, "Local Criminal Claims Tom Brady Gave Him Pot".

$4000 flower pots? I want to contact Brady and sell him a bridge.

Tom Brady shits 2 times a day.

ESPN: "Welp someone better write a story about that and have it ready for the 6pm sportscenter."

I'm glad this was reported. The old guy will probably get out of it now so Tom Terrific can save some face.

Dude was so poor he had to steal a pot to piss in.

BTW, if I was Bernard Pollard, I'd cut a check immediately.

He "unwittingly stole"? What the hell does that mean? "I thought they were in the trash." Yeah, right, ex-con.

$4,000 flower pots, good God... must be nice to have money. Then again, I don't begrudge Tom a dime of his cash. He was an unheralded college player, a 6th-round pick, and a 4th-string QB on the Pats at one point. He's earned his dough, at least, unlike so many 1st-rounders who get handed wads of cash and never do jack sh*t to earn it.

As for whether this is news or not... it's ESPN, fer crissake. Don't turn it on unless there's a sporting event, and don't click on their website unless you need a score update.

BTW, if I was Bernard Pollard, I'd cut a check immediately.

I hear he was going to, but Matt Cassel whipped out his checkbook and said, "Dude, I got this... you made me fourteen million, you get a free lunch from me for the whole year." :)

A Patriots spokesman said he doubts Brady is aware of Paiva's situation.

Who gives a shit?

The guy's a thief, let him panhandle.

Even if Tommy Twinkletoes does hear about this, I'd demand restitoution anyway.

I'm sure he could find an odd job painting park benches or something.
