I find it quite dubious that he wants to confiscate as many as possible and doesn't really care if there is a conviction (i.e., a legal basis) or not.
Certainly people shouldn't be breaking the law, if they are not legal to carry in the state/muni. But I wonder where this will go.
Lot of money to be made in the future being an informer for the government?
