I collect knives, sports cards, and playing cards. My hobby is building model planes.
What about you?

Sorry about the poll, messed up on it. Just forget about the "Yes I collect knives" part.

The poll is flawed on two counts:
#1 - No Gaz option
#2 - No compleatly unrelated answer as per Rainman

My suggestion is scrap this one, and start another thread :D

Hmm, kind of. Whereever I travel, I usually get the coolest looking refrigerator magnet I can find. I have about 30 of them.

I also have a great collection of used books. I probably have around 250 books, most used, found at garage sales or used book stores.

I used to get a lot of DVDs, but not really anymore.

The only thing I collect these days is Derrick Thomas cards. I have 575 different ones (Beckett lists 852 I think).

Had a Beer can collection as a teenager got up to over 500 different cans then sold it on e-bay about 5 years ago.

The only things that I "collect" get used all of the time -- sneakers and Magic: the Gathering cards. I look at those more like my library of books and movies and video games -- not so much specific collection of anything but just "what I have."

I guess I do have a small collection of random stuff with Vulpix on it, including many types of Vulpix dolls. Oh, and I have a dickton of Ty Beanie Babies in my garage.

Oh, I forgot about my large collection of Undertaker memorabilia. Also, I don't think that my large "collections" of GI Joe/Star Wars/WWE/Z-Bots/Spawn/Power Rangers/Lego/etc toys count as collections, per se, but I have those, too. I never get rid of good shit.

I used to collect comic books.
I still have a first run entire set of Iron Man Vol1 (the tales of suspence ones are re-prints) But I still own the whole origional first series.
Plus the entire War Machine series, with quite a few crossovers and special oissues on Armor and stuff.

No idea what that collection is worth, cant ever see me parting with it.

I used to somewhat collect stuff like DVDs and books. I pretty much quit buying them a few years ago in favor of renting/library when I realized my bookshelf was full of stuff I would likely not see more of the of spines again.

I collect logo golf balls, mostly from companies for which I've worked and tracks I've played.

I also collect building materials and tools. I like to collect relationships as well. I think they're vastly underrated in our society. Dick Vermeil is a very smart man.

I guess I do have 1 thing. Whenever I see a bottle of hot sauce that I haven't tried before, I have to try it. I have a pretty big selection of hot sauce in the cupboard. So far, Sriracha hot chili sauce is my favorite by far.

I like to collect stuff. For example, I have a Len Dawson 1963 Fleer RC. I have one identical to this on, though not graded.

I used to work for a sporting goods company and used to get a lot of autographs. I wasn't really "collecting" autographs, but I got them anyway.

Now I have all these autographs and no place to display them. It's a shame since a lot of the guys are dead now. Ted Williams, Mantle, etc...

When I go somewhere, I get a t-shirt and a refrigerator magnet. Occasionally a baseball cap or a pen.

I also collect globes, but I only collect one per decade which means my collection is about 10 globes and I add a new one once every three years or so.

Yeah, I know. Sounds pretty wild.
