Last time I went to Dairy Queen, I spent most of the night sitting on the head. They tried to kill me as well.

I opt for the Strawberry CheeseQuake, it's delicious. Also their ThinMint Girl Scout cookie blizzard is pretty tasty.

DQ is OK, but they are HORRIBLY overpriced.

Your local ice cream shop is usually cheaper and better tasting. At least thats how it is in my neighborhood...

Dude, have you had the new Diet Mtn Dew Ultra Violet? If you ever need an escape from sugar, or, like diet drinks, it's the best i've ever had. Sry to hijack,

I actually don't drink soda. Which probably sounds amazing in a sugar coma thread like this.

They have to pack in the candy because their ice cream sucks.

So I tried one after work. It was good in the worst possible way.I can't handle stuff like this. It's like I can taste diabetes when I get halfway through a small.

They have to pack in the candy because their ice cream sucks.Pretty much. To me, I equate eating DQ to a refined beer drinking commercial beer. Over priced crap.

I think it's been at least 10 years since I've had a blizzard. Do they still make the Nerds candy blizzard?

Good in limited quantities.

If you drink a 20 ounce bottle, it starts tasting like carbonated grape cough syrup.

You gotta take what you can get when you live in a town where the DQ IS your local ice cream shop... :doh!:

I think it's been at least 10 years since I've had a blizzard. Do they still make the Nerds candy blizzard?

I've only seen one place that still does it--and that was at an ex-DQ turned local ice cream shop in Jackson, MO when I lived down there. They had something like 30 different things to choose from... including nerds and, my favorite: Reeses Pieces (not that peanut butter cup crap). Haven't seen a nerds blizzard at a DQ in years....
