Welker
D Bowe
or Mike Sims-Walker

the other two spots are occupied by DeSean Jackson and Andre Johnson

Don't expect a big game from either of those WR's this is gonna be a bad week for you...

DeSean has Asomugha and the Bengals have given up the fewest yards to teams number 1 WR's they blanked Jennings and Mason this year and gave you little to the other top WR's they faced...

That said Welker is the best play.

I was worried about the Asomugha thing but don't the raiders just leave him on the left side? Plus Andre Johnson destroyed Leon Hall the last time he faced him for like 160 yards or something like that. I was thinking Welker due to the depleted Titans secondary

Go look up all the WR's that have played the Bengals, the 1's that is...they bracket them and shit.

Greg Jennings was blanked. Mason was blanked, Marshall didn't do much, basically they make sure they don't get beat by the other teams best player.

Oh no I know what you are saying I read about that this week. Plus I am in awe of the Bengals D. With all that said this is going to be a bad week for me. No Peyton Manning....nuff said. I will be playing Flacco though as he was on my bench and the best available qbs are Campbell Garrard and Cassel. lol

Those Giants WR's are all producing...

How can you tell me to bench Steve Smith he's one of the league leaders and is one of the main reason that team is 5-0...

Also why the hell would I bench Driver vs Detroit?

I think NO will be super focused on Steve Smith and Manningham will benefit from it. and as far as Driver if GB plays well they will be running out the clock by halftime
plus honestly I dont think I noticed that was NYG steve smith
And in Norv Turner fashion when put under pressure I choked

Massaquoi to me is a bad play after how awful Anderson was last week...

I trust Detroit will hang in enough to where Driver will get some plays.

Massaquoi only has one thing going for him
he will be playing from behind a lot

He also has something against him....his QB is awful and went 2/19 last week.

Starting rookie WR's with bad QB's against good defenses is far more risky than I'd like to get.

how many teams are in your league?

Mecca
10-18-2009, 03:44 AM
There's 10 but you also see how ridiculously deep the rosters are.

I'm 5-0 and the next best record is 3-2.

Truth is my WR's are actually better than most of the people I play.

You can't sit Steve Smith. He's a must start. So is Driver against the Lions.

Mine is 10 teams as well I am in second place at 4-1
1st is 5-0 and there are two 4-1 teams but I have scored more points than the other guy

That's what I thought too, I was a bit iffy about Manningham but I generally play both Giants WR's every week.

I realize the lowered value of my opinion after my poor display but I think that wouldn't be a bad idea since that game should be a real shootout.

I wonder what kind of day Mike Bell will have

Mecca

Probably not good since Pierre Thomas is playing now.

I thought Thomas got hurt in practice this week?
smokescreen?

I'm going to risk dropping Ray Rice for LeSean McCoy, since a matchup vs the Raiders looks more promising than vs the Vikes.

Just a thought but I think I'd start Sims-Walker. I think he's gonna be out to prove something after his dumass mistake last week, being deactivated prior to the game and all. That being said I also thing the entire Jag. team is gonna be out to make a statement this week against Stl. after they're piss poor showing last week against the Seachickens. So I think Sims-Walker could potentially have a pretty good game and might be your best option as your third WR today.

Why would you drop Ray Rice?
