For someone with a huge ego and is an asshole that is a pretty cool thing to do.

Hadn't heard that...........have had earplugs in since the game was over 27 hours ago and blinders over my eyes to inhibit reading :)

I heard Cassel tried to pass him the ball and it fell into Tank's locker first, so.......

I know I can't believe a guy with that big of an ego and such is a huge asshole would do something that is humble.

But... But... He's an asshole and nobody likes him.... This might make players like him.... This might backfire in Haley's face...

Classy move.

The kid has been nails this year, accounting for 37% of our scoring.

If anyone saw the end of the game all the players were laughing and smiling and congratulating Haley. I think the team loves him but some here want to believe otherwise.

People who've met me, Frazod, or Stevieray wouldn't be shocked at all...

Haley haters will be in soon to tell us that Haley really punched Suckup and shoved the football in his mouth while yelling at him... Further losing the team...

This year's MVP voting will be tight.

A move like that could cost him the team. Oh Noooooo! He gave his game ball away so now they won't value game balls!!!!! Arrrrrg!:cuss:

I mean, if the coach doesn't secure the ball, why should the players?

I think he made the best choice.

Other players worth recognizing for good performances:

Dorsey, Bowe (not a perfect game by any stretch but one worth recognizing) and (cough) McGraw (cough).

Perfect pic for the thread.

The question is: who failed, and why?...

Love at first sight does not happen with 52 millionaires. Haley is a hard ass no doubt but he wants to win and unlike Herm (I want to be your buddy not your boss) Edwards there's going to be a learning curve on both sides.

Learn to deal with it because he's not going anywhere and that's a good thing. Haley and Pioli are the best thing to happen to this team since Joe Montana.

Go by yourself a box of Kleenex in the meantime.

May I ask what you were expecting at this stage in the season?

Dorsey, Bowe (not a perfect game by any stretch but one worth recognizing) and (cough) McGraw (cough).

The scariest part is they may not feel the need to address safety...
