I hope Hasselbeck's insurance is paid up.

Solari will have to work some magic to keep him healthy.

this should be interesting

He's bad, but I believe they were down to the 4th LT on their depth chart. He has to be somewhat of an upgrade over that.

Hasselbeck should just go ahead and retire today

Eh. He may be servicable. His pass pro, while shitty, was better than his run blocking and he was always whining like a bitchcunt about adjusting to RT.

But they just as well put in Wallace to start.

He really wasn't that bad at LT when he was healthy.. he sucked at RT though.

Eh, they could do worse for a stop-gap pass protector.

Either way, the Seahawks have bored the hell outta me since the early 80's...will that team ever have a personality?

How morbid would it be to reserve an obituary in advance?

McIntosh said New Orleans was the only other team to call him in for a tryout in those six weeks he spent at his home in Kansas City. The Chiefs didn't even call back, even though they've endured injuries of their own and have used journeymen at tackle.

"And even if they did, I wouldn't have answered," McIntosh said. "I'm in a much better situation here."

He was at least servicable on the left side for the 'Phins. He sucked on the right side here. Go figure.

Translation: Seattle's not going to ask me to get in shape and they're desperate for a warm body on the line...
