I know you were wondering when the last time the Chiefs lost at home by 30 points. If you weren’t wondering, you probably should have been. There has only been one other time in the club’s 50 year history when they lost by that much at home. But, the next question to ask is when was the last time they lost by anywhere near that much at home to a team with a losing record. You can probably see where I’m heading with this.

The worst home loss was to Pittsburgh (45-0) in 1976. The Steelers were 10-4 that season and were in the midst of a 10 game winning streak and in the midst of winning four Super Bowls in six seasons.

No other Chiefs team has ever lost by more than 24 at home… until Sunday. So for the Haley Haters...he has now accomplished something Herm Edwards never did...losing at home by 30.

Little cracks...getting wider...

The 10 game home losing streak is the current longest in the NFL. The Rams have won at home since we have.

we are still rebuilding...unlike the Lambs who haven't started.

as the Lambs fans over here are now seriously "laughing" at the team.

In 2008, Herm's team gave up 54 points to the Buffalo Bills at Arrowhead.

But they scored 31, so the loss was 23 points, not 30. That's the deal.

I was at that 45-0 loss to Pittsburgh in 1976. Chiefs were almost as bad as they are in 2009.

Almost.

At least at that point, they had only been trying to get back to the Super Bowl for six years.

Sigh...

Where did I put that hand gun???

This tells me that we shouldn't be bringing back Paul Wiggin.

We are going to surprise everyone and win 9 straight get a wildcard spot and advance through the playoffs much like the Cardinals last season we are going to be expected to lose in the first round but instead win it all and raise our 2nd Lombardi trophy and be declared World Champions. The first team in NFL history to go 1-6 and win it all! :thumb:

Yeah, and Cunther let us all know that it was because they were running up the score. He will have his revenge. Remember that bullshit?
