Alexander is just ridiculous. They better figure out a way to corral his ass. That touch back on Bank's fumble is the play of the game so far. Starting to get nervous! Lets just hope Snyder does what he does with in game adjustments and Pinkel does what he does with adjustments. Snyder has owned Pinkel. Hope he keeps it up.

This team is still playing with house money, but this has to really just crush their confidence. I knew this game could turn out like this and, while the season isn't over, it could keep KSU out of a bowl game, since they still need a win to get bowl eligible, due to playing two I-AA opponents.

After getting undressed like this at home it would be a huge task to go to Lincoln and win.

Well, at least you can still beat Nebraksa and win the B12 N. I would much rather have K-State win than the Nubs.

Me too. But it'll take a real effort from a team that really doesn't have much talent.

No way I thought MU had a chance today. KK must be on suicide watch

Actually Kietz said that this game could very easily turn out the way it did. Like most folks he thought the 'other' MU squad would show up. It didn't and the talent difference showed today.

But it's all good.

So correct me if I'm wrong but MU isn't necessarily out of the North hunt are they? I know a lot of crazy things would have to happen but I think it's still a very rare possibility. Not saying it will happen by any means but I'm a :mizzou::homer: until I die. Correct me if I'm wrong but Mizzou could win the North if all of these things happen. Mizzou obviously needs to win out. KU needs to beat the Nubs today. Nebraska would then need to beat KSU and if Colorado loses 1 of the 2 against ISU or OSU and then beats Nebraska on thanksgiving that would make a 4 way tie at 4-4 between CU, NU, KSU, and MU. Wouldn't MU control the tie breaker with only 1 loss against the north? I know it's a very slight hope but it's hope none the less. M-I-Z baby! :bong:

Eh. It made no real difference. On the first play after that Gabbert threw the ball right into KSU LB John Houlik's hands. As has been his common grace during his career, Houlik declined the gift, by dropping the ball.

Without looking it up (which I haven't) I have no idea. That said, Bill Snyder has done the best coaching job in the history of major college football, and I've probably seen more KSU games in person than you have. Did you ever attend a KSU game pre Snyder? No one else did either. I was complimenting your coach on doing miracles with garbage, which he is. Talk about bandwagon. Hell, there wasn't a peep on this board about KSU until you won a few. Face it, your fanbase is the epitome of bandwagon. At least Ahern was crowded. And if you're older than 25 you know damn good and well KSU tickets were nearly impossible to give away. I sat through North Texas to watch Willie Nelson in the rain one year on a hay wagon. That was the highlite of the season.

Don't know anything about Cuba. Other than he's from Salina. And that he's no Terrence Newman. Or even Jake Sharpe. If he's a Prince recruit and can't take Mastrud's spot he's probably better suited for Washburn.

I used to follow recruiting all the time. The stuff bores me now. Kinda like the NFL draft stuff. It's one of those things that I have no control over so I don't get too high or low.

Good game Mizzou fans. They really turned it up in the 2nd half. Alexander is a beast. K-State had chances to get themselves going, but 3 of those FG's could had been TD's, considering they were in the red zone. Also the Banks fumble really killed them as well.
