The bodyguard blindsided and pancaked a defenseless cameraman and then motored on while escorting a taciturn Belichick off the field. This guy was nasty looking. Mean & nasty. At one point he reached for something attached to his belt that appeared to be a taser. This guy makes the "agents" in The Matrix franchise look like friendly muppets from Sesame Street. Ouch! I guess you don't mess with the Godfather when he's in a hurry to get off the field.

Honestly, it looks like the camera guy ran out of cord and fell.

OK, I saw a guy fall at 0:11, but at 0:21 it looks like the guy is about to take someone out, but then they cut away to Tom Brady?

Yep.

Looks like the guy trailing the cameraman stopped to untangle cables and the camerman either tripped over or was jerked to a halt by said cables. Security dude looked like he reached out a bit to help the guy then realized he needed to keep moving forward to protect hoodie (the coach whose career was saved by luckily having a HoF-caliber QB fall in his lap; figuratively speaking)

Bullshit. The guy was running interference & looking to take down anyone getting in BB's way. If you look closely, the bodyguard had both hands on the cameraman's arm. It appeared that he put a quick aikido-like wristlock and takedown on the cameraman. A cable may have contributed, but the cameraman wouldn't have gone down w/o the assistance of the bodyguard.

Later (not on youtube), the bodyguard reached back for something on his belt that looked like it might have been a holstered taser; but he didn't take it out.

That said, I can see where the cable did go taunt with the fellow handling the cable right behind him. Maybe there's a miniscule possibility that you're right. My version makes a better story though. :)

It looked to me like the bodyguard was trying to keep the camera guy from falling by grabbing onto him, kinda. Either way....it's my favorite when someone falls down for really any reason. Refs falling makes me cry of laughter.

Right or wrong, I'm going to think of it as another episode of the Evil Empire's dastardly shroud of deceit and destruction.

Maybe Belichick has one of those 'men who stare at goats' things going with cameramen.
