Week days generally start with oatmeal. I'm already making it for the kid so it's easy to just cook a little more.

Sundays are the only big breakfast day.

Usually a Snickers Nutrition Bar and some milk.

Today: crack.

It's great, and it's so simple to make. All you need is some cocaine and some baking soda. And I think I tasted egg and cinnamon.

Mon thru sat its raisin bran, and a banana. Sundays during football season its beer. Sundays during offseason, I'm lucky to wake up for breakfast, but if I do it might be mcdonalds breakfast. That shit is so good when hungover/still drunk.

Typically I have a Nutrigrain bar and gatorade.

I've been on an antibiotic that has to be taken with food, so I've been having to get up earlier and eat oatmeal or something.

I will probably eat very little the rest of the day, and yes I will workout.

today was a double dose of Gravol, followed by a half bottle of Tylenol flu and cold, bit of orange juice, tried a piece of toast (that came back up)

A normal work day is 3 slices of Multi grain or whole wheat toast,a tiny bit of peanutbutter, or Mozza on the side. (Can't eat first thing) around 3:45-4am followed by 30-50 ounce's of coffee.

(Yes I live for coffee, my travel mug is 20oz's, my thermos is another 25-30oz's and neither make it to a job site full/ or past 9am)

Every night I load a blender caraffe with a frozen banana, 4 oz frozen peaches, 4 oz frozen berries, and a small apple and put it in the fridge to thaw out. In the morning, I add 4 oz "Naked" fruit juice, and 4 oz milk from a good local dairy and blend for a few minutes.

I love tobasco on my eggs, (any hot sauce for that matter) must try the applesauce sometime
