Per Arrowhead Pride:

The Kansas City Chiefs are not on Arizona Cardinals LB Karlos Dansby's four-team wishlist, according to reports.

Speaking on Sirius NFL Radio, Dansby listed four teams of interest to him -- San Diego Chargers, Miami Dolphins, Washington Redskins and New York Giants -- should he hit the open market at the onset of free agency on March 5th.

What's interesting is that there's a mix of 3-4 and 4-3 teams on there. A lot of players, if they have the choice, choose between one scheme or the other.

The Chiefs aren't a highly-rated team right now so his lack of interest in the linebacker-hungry Chiefs is understandable.

The Chargers, Dolphins and Giants are perceived playoff contenders so that's likely part of the equation for showing interest in those teams. The Redskins are known throughout the league for over-paying players so I suspect that's part of the motivation by listing them.

For now, it appears Dansby would be in line for a major payday if the Chiefs draw his interest.

On the plus side, if he were to choose the Chiefs, he wouldn't have to change his color scheme.

So what player would list the Cheaps on their "Wish list"

They don't want to play on a 4 win team to a half empty stadium?? Shocking!

The Chargers? Does Dansby take enough steroids to be a Charger?

newsflash ... until the Chiefs start winning or show real signs of becoming a winner they aren't gonna be on anyone's wishlist. They will have to buy their way onto any wishlist.

San Diego Chargers - winner
Miami Dolphins - upcoming winner and warm weather/beaches/party life
Washington Redskins - money
New York Giants - big market
Kansas City - none of the above

The Chiefs won't win without some good free agents though.

He's probably not interested in being cussed and belittled in front of 40,000 fans.

Throw enough money at him and he'll be on the list. Is he really that good? Don't know much about him.

He's a bit above average. Doesn't have the athleticism of DJ, but has better football smarts. I'd take him.

And Laz nailed it with the city by city breakdown. Washington? Really? That's just wishing for a Powerball winning payday.
