I have no problem with that. People with kids often talk about their kids. Personally, though, I don't usually talk about kids to folks who don't have any of their own. They are often - understandably - bored by the topic.

The only kid I truly care about turned 19 today - that would be my Goddaughter.
Other than that, I smile politely and after a while find a reason to excuse myself from the conversation.

Yes, I care about my friends' kids. Just because I don't have any doesn't mean I don't like hearing about other people's. I doubt I ever have any of my own, but I do love kids. It's fun talking to one of my friends who has a daughter in middle school. Her daughter is starting to get that attitude. I remember my friend at that age. Her sins are definitely coming back to haunt her...lol.

I look at it like, I breed so I won, I won by getting laid, and my seed was like awesome enough to get through and the little ones were born, then the kid comes out and it changes your life. I also get alot of money back from the government, and then I can ask people at work for money for my kids baseball team and skim off the top. Take my kids to the park and pick up woman and finger bang them behind the porta potty. Kids are awesome

I only care about the kids that are in the basement waiting for a popsicle.
I don't mind hearing about other people's kids cause then they have to endure me talking about mine. And payback is hell.
