Anyone going to rush out and get it? The demo was pretty interesting. It seems to be getting very high marks from everyone.

I watched the gameplay video where you're trying to find your son in the mall and I think I wanted to cry. WHY, CRUEL GAME? WHYYYYYY?

I won't be....doesn't look like a game id want to play too many times.

If it goes down to $29 i may consider it but i'll be borrowing it from a buddy soon

Turns out my cousin isn't buying the game either. Guess I am hosed. No way I am dropping $60 on it. My offer of $20 below the current retail at the time stands when one of you finish the game.

I'll sell it to you for $435, or we can just trade it for your Wii.

BlockbusterI don't have 5 days all to myself to beat the game. Renting is a waste of money for me. I only get one day per week that I can really sit down and game.

I'll probably be picking this up tomorrow myself. Just tryed out the demo. Loved it. I would actually think the replay value on this game would be good after you play it once thru. You can play it thru again and do something different with the actions that you choose that you didn't do the first time. It all effects the outcome of the game I think. It's amazing how realistic this game is. Haven't seen to many (if any) other games like it. The inhaler part in the demo. That's just genius fot the makers of this game to think of that type of stuff as to how to make it seem so real.

I think the UK actually did a good commercial for this game:

Gamefly? $8.95 a month.

I got it. It is different. You don't really DO a whole lot as far as controlling the character is concerned. The story is so good though, that is draws you in and I really enjoy it. I don't have heck of a lot of time to just sit and play, but if I can get an hour, the plot is thick enough that I can't wait to play again. Did I mentioned I've only played twice? Even as slow as it starts, I can't wait to unfold more of the story. Good shit.

I tried them once and could never get a new release to save my life. All I could ever get were old titles so I closed the account.

I vote yay if you can enjoy the fact that it is a more complex version of Dragon's Lair. Excellent storyline and situations, but it is not free roaming like Assassin's Creed II. The other good thing is that the story continues if you 'mess up'. You don't have to replay a certain level 100x in order to make some complex move.

Like Dragon's Lair that you had to put 50 cents in the machine to play at the local deli or arcade. I'm old.

Download the demo and give it a try.

Nay, but only due to the $60 price point. You can play through it several times and get different endings, but I didn't have the urge to replay it any time soon.

At $20-30, I definitely recommend it.

I rented it. It was interesting. Every decision has an impact on the entire game. I finished it in 3 days and returned it. Cool concept for a game but I wouldn't buy it.

OK, was able to replay just the last couple chapters and came out with everyone alive.

Oh, and there are way too many endings to this game. They don't just unlock after you play it. You have to go back and change a bunch of specific decisions to get them. Definitely more work than it is worth.

Played through it this weekend. Once I started playing it I couldn't stop. I am interested to see how it ends with all 4 characters alive...

You know, after seeing a second playthrough the killer doesn't make any damned sense at all.

Just all the crap Shelby spouts off to that millionaire dad right before the reveal.

Are you playing it with Move?

Nope, just the standard controller, but you still have to move the controller itself from time to time in addition to pushing buttons.

Finally finished this game. The FBI guy, and Shelby died in my version everyone else lived. I thought it was a great game. I'll probably never play it again though, the story played out for me how it was supposed to I guess.

How did the game end for you guys on your first play through? Did anyone try the DLC?
