I really love the two new ones. Older Bond films, I'm probably most into From Russia With Love, Goldfinger and On Her Magesty's Secret Service.

Pre re-boot I would probably say Goldfinger or From Russia With Love. Honorable mention to Goldeneye and most underrated is The Living Daylights.

Casino Royale. It's the only Bond movie I've ever owned.

Thunderball
Goldfinger
Casino Royale (I still can't believe how good this was ... and I'm tempted to make it No. 1)
From Russia With Love
Dr. No
You Only Live Twice
On Her Majesty's Secret Service (actually one of the best scripts and stories, Lazenby just doesn't quite do it for me)
Live and Let Die

In no particular order:

From Russia with Love
On Her Majesty's Secret Service
For Your Eyes Only
Casino Royal
The Spy Who Loved Me

On Her Majesty's Secret Service makes the list because it was so different than all the other Bond movies. The ending actually adds to the entire collection.

I have to go with Casino Royale. I wonder if the next one is going to be good, or not. I did not think that the last one was anything close to CR.

Dr.No is my favorite, but any of the ones with Sean Connery fall into my favorites category.I'll admit the 2 new ones were good, but not my favorites.
Edit: Actually I thought Goldeneye was pretty damn good too. That was actually my favorite of the ones with Pierce Brosnan as Bond.

Goldfinger
Dr. No
Diamonds are forever

i am a huge Bond fan... working on getting them all...

BTW Brosnan sucks.. only decent one was Goldeneye... the rest sucked... big time... Tomorrow never dies = terrible, The World is not enough = terrible, Die another Day = the worst Bond movie ever by a LONG LONG ways..

Casino Royale was very good... good actor... portrayed the early Bond theme much better in this one than the crappy brosnan ones.....

and this chick (Jill St. John) from Diamonds are forever might be my favorite bond girl ever..

I disagree. Worst Bond movie by far is Moonraker

Brosnan was a fine Bond for the style of film they were making.

They completely changed the tone for the last 2 films.

They kinda had to though,I mean CR was supposed to be the first Bond film to begin with so they had to go way back and change a lot of stuff about who and what "Bond" was.I guess CR is more of a prequel may be a better way to put it,but you get the point.

Yes. She was the hottest one of the bunch, too.

Casino Royale if all of them are considered.

If not, Dr. No followed closely by Goldfinger.

And honorable mention goes to On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Lazenby did a great job and it's just an interesting flick all together.

The worst is Never Say Never Again. It's a Connery one, but a later Connery one that was unauthorized and is a cheap ripoff of the rest of them. It just seems incredibly out of place. The World is Not Enough gets honorable mention in this category for all-around suckiness.

Casino followed by anything that Connery did other than Never Say Never Again.

View to a Kill is the first one I remember from my childhood, I was 8, so I have a soft spot for that one. My more objective faves are The Living Daylights and Casino Royale.

So I checked out that Bond girls site and my favorite girl (Barbara Carrera) is not listed at all (Never Say Never Again) - come to find out nothing from that movie is listed at all. This is the first I hear that it is not an official movie in the Bond universe?

heh...yea, that flick is like a strange alternate universe Bond.

I think one of the producers broke off and had the rights to the story. Its basically a remake of Thunderball.

and it hasnt aged well at all....

moonraker wasn't terrible, not the best, but wasnt NEARLY as bad as the Brosnan ones...

Brosnan was fine for his style, because his movies were ridiculous, even for a bond theme...

Casino went back to the Bond roots, the way the movies were supposed to be... and it's working...

but i still say Die another day is by far the worst bond movie..

Goldfinger is probably my favorite.
my least favorites are Moonraker and Thunderball (i think it's Thunderball...with what seems like a 45 minute underwater scuba/fight scene etc). I liked From Russia With Love.

I really like the last two; I like the new bond much better than Brosnan (although I still liked Brosnan etc).
I have a nostalgic tie to the Roger Moore movies; I remember watching them on HBO all the time when I was a wee lad.
