I have a lot of videos (kids, family, etc) that I would like to take and place into a "mini-movie". Someone mentioned software called Pinnacle, but I don't know much about it.

Essentially, over the last 8 years, we have a lot of 20 and 40 second video clips that I have captured with our camera. I would like to find a software that would allow me to take those clips, plop them into a mini-movie... maybe add sound, images, pictures, etc and create a mini-movie. So, I could make a mini-movie for a certain year... or a compilation of all the kid's sports, birthdays, etc.

Any suggestions?

I'm not looking to spend a ton of money and I'm a novice user, so something fairly easy to download and manipulate that would then allow me to put those mini-movies on a DVD for family.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I've seen that, but is it very good?

Can you do what I was describing?
