Momma said, "who cares if that mean ol' drama club won't have you? Put on you own play honey child. You know you're momma's favorite broadway queen."

I would say that some of this anger that is directed at President Obama is raced based..but then this is a board full of middled aged white republicans..so they would just say no.

Of course. Nobody can disagree with the president unless they are racists. I guess all the Bush haters disliked him because he was white?

I would say some of this quoted post is race based, but since the poster premises the direction of the discussion on the skin color of the board members, it's pretty much self-evident.

That said, it's pretty clear that 'anger at Obama actions is race-based' is just another way of saying 'I'm out of my depth discussing the merits of the critique, so can we please discuss this irrelevant tangent where I feel I'm on stronger ground, instead?'

It dawned on me recently why many Obama's supporters think that everyone who voted against him did it only because of his race. It's because they voted FOR him only because of his race. Therefore, anyone who voted AGAINST him must have also done so only because of his race. I really don't think there is any more to it than that.

I think it is because he is a lawyer, people hate lawyers more universally than people of different races.

I think people are beginning now to hate Obama due to his attempts to subvert the constitution. The lawyer comment is universal as you said, too bad too, at one time it was a noble profession.
