It seems a great many people believe that insurance companies, Dr.s , medical researchers and the like are horribly overpaid and immorally by profiting off of health care. If one accepts that to be true, What profession is it ok to make a profit? Farmers? everyone needs food. People in the freight industry like me? The profit we make adds to the cost of Medicine, Food pretty much everything. Construction workers? Is it wrong that people profit and some people can't afford housing because of it? When is ok? Is it only where a "need" is not involved or does the pursuit of profit drive the engine for research in medicine and technology? Was Gordon Gekko right or wrong when he said "greed is good" ?
