honestly, I believe they're posturing themselves to trade down to obtain lost picks and be in range for the other "top" OTs in the draft.

Lions draft Okung, Skins draft Bulaga, Pioli still doesn't get it right in the eyes of CP. That's how I imagine it will happen, anyway.

This could be good for the Chiefs if they decide to trade down. Teams looking for a QB may now have more to choose from at #5.

Okung's their pick now, the problem is...are the Chiefs dumb enough to take Bulaga.

I also don't remotely believe Schwartz a guy who's preached talent, talent talent, is going to pass on one of the elite DT's for a LT.

I think they'll trade back into the end of the first for a Brown or Campbell.

Yea if the Chiefs trade back we're taking Bulaga or Williams, which will frankly suck.

I could live with Williams, would I be happy about it? No, but it's more bearable than drafting an OT out of perceived desperation.

There is no fucking way the Lions take Okung over guys like Suh, McCoy, and Berry.

Except that they have a 70 million dollar QB who's got weapons galore yet no protection.

You don't need a top 2 pick to protect him...they can get a DT and a LT.

Skins will probably attempt to trade down now.

No, you need a top TE to be successful in this league.

My God how I would love to see Detroit take Okung, and then Washington take Bulaga. I think they're too smart to take Bulaga though. I wouldn't doubt it if they took one of the other tackles.

I could see this happening with Cleveland who would like to get Berry.

I think there's a trade that can be done here... sending Brandon Marshall to Washington, the teams flip R1 picks and the Broncos get a 2010 R4 from WAS and a conditional 3/4 in 2011.

I agree with you on this.

Suh/McCoy would be a hell of a choice but they have to protect Stafford.

I could see them wanting to drop back and take Trent Williams or Bruce Campbell. They might even be willing to gun for Anthony Davis after regaining a pick or two in later rounds.

Redskins can't make that trade because they gave up the third and/or fourth round picks next year, already for McNabb.

Rams - Bradford
Lions - Suh
Bucs - McCoy
Redskins - Okung

That top 4 is pretty much a lock to me right now.

2. I think if I were in Vegas, I'd put my money on the first five picks in the draft being Sam Bradford, Ndamukong Suh, Gerald McCoy, Russell Okung and Bryan Bulaga. The McNabb deal takes Clausen out of the top five, most likely.

Considering he was one of the few that got the Jackson pick, I'm starting to give up hope.

There is an outside shot of this....yes. But their d-line is fucking horrid and they're sitting in the perfect position to come away with a great DT. I don't see them passing up McCoy or Suh for Berry at this point.

You can bet Pioli is smiling like "Garfield the Cat" right now because that means Clausen will fall to us and possibly Berry as well which means Pioli will try very earnestly to trade down and dangle both Clausen and Berry for more picks although I would love to have the next Ed Reed:clap:

I think I'd like to see the Chiefs first two picks become Dan Williams and Sean Weatherspoon, if we trade down.

The Redskins offered defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth in trade talks for Donovan McNabb, according to league sources.

Haynesworth, who clashed with coaches during his first season in Washington in 2009 and has not made a good first impression with new coach Mike Shanahan, is someone who could be had in a trade, and he was offered to the Eagles.

Other coaches said that they expect the Redskins to continue attempts to move Haynesworth, who is bucking the idea of playing nose tackle as Washington plays more 3-4 defense, according to sources. Haynesworth just received a $21 million bonus at the start of the month, and his salary would make dealing him very difficult.

The Eagles had no interest in trading for Haynesworth outright, according to a source, and thus the subject of how much of his salary and bonus payments the Redskins would be willing to absorb was never discussed. When the Redskins brought up Haynesworth they offered no financial stipulations, according to the source, but had the Eagles shown interest that matter may have come up.

If this is true its 1.) hilarious and 2.) could make things interesting if Suh or McCoy is there for them at #4.

Suh and McCoy aren't nose tackles so they don't help.
