I admire him, for having already attained the ability to do something about it.

The guy is a winner, glad he is a Chief.

Absolutely. After Dorsey, Flowers is easily my favorite Chief.

We have the same two favorites, that is why I get all pissy at the suggestion of trading Dorsey. :D

I wonder if he wants to move to a warmer climate when he becomes a free agent.

I know you are trying to stir someone up, but I actually agree with you on this.

Pioli and NE let their D-Backs walk when the contracts expired. I expect nothing less here in KC.

Even Berry?

I would love to see the reaction here if he let him walk.

They kept Harrison forever, so there are exceptions to the rule, but overall most of them walk and never play as well as they did in the first contract.

Living in SoCal for the past 17 years, I truly the appreciate the days when the barometer falls to 50 degrees.

Most of the time, it's in the 70's.

For some people, especially people who grew up in "weathery" places, nice and sunny EVERY day, becomes depressing. I'm from Iowa, my sister lived in Arizona for a few years and HATED it. She CHERISHED the days when it would rain and be gloomy all day. Surprised me too, but makes sense.

Lots of sun. And even in the winter it's sunny and in the 40's and 50's a lot. After listening to guys on the board moaning and groaning about the KC/Omaha winters I'm damn glad I live out here. Just wish the f*cking wind would die down more often. :cuss:

How are your wind gusts? Where I live the wind is non-stop around 30mph. It's barely livable. If I want to escape the wind I have to go to Colorado Springs....I live just 10 mins away from Co Springs though.

He went to Virginia Tech. Blacksburg isn't exactly the tropics. So I doubt it really bothers him all that much.

But mostly it was steady in the 30's. It sucked. You're in Denver aren't you? We pretty much have the same weather in Scottsbluff as you guys every day. Today was mild compared to Tuesday. When a front comes thru it really comes thru.

I hear ya. It sucks...I'm actually midway between Pueblo, CO and Colorado Springs, CO. If you know of PPI raceway I live right behind there...Never move there lol. The wind is a bitch.

I grew up in Missouri. I've lived in Hawaii for 18 years and never want to leave. I hate cold weather, and I hate hot and humid weather. It is in the 80s with cooling trade winds and fairly low humidity 90% of the time here. I love it. I have neither a furnace nor AC, and I don't need either.
