I love music, I have it playing nearly all day. Don't ask me questions about artists because chances are I know nothing, only what speaks to me about their music.

Muddy Waters, Koko Taylor, Nina Simone, Etta James, Howlin' Wolf, Rob Johnson, BB King, Jim Vaughn, Buddy Guy. Then there are the guys that did a wonderful job remaking these gems such as Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, Carlos Santana, Joss Stone even....lol

I know I am not the only old soul here, I would love to know others favorites!!

Always been a huge Motown fan. Billy Preston, Isley Brothers, Bill Withers (Ain't No Sunshine When She's Gone), EW&F, Curtis Mayfield.

Love that music still.

I'm not sure I'd put Buddy Guy, BB King, and Muddy Waters and some of those acts in the "Soul" category because they are generally known as "Blues" artists.

Old Soul would be Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, The O'Jays, Al Green, James Brown, etc.
