In that case....heres a funny story (sort of).

I am friends with an anchor on the radio station here in San Diego.

When I posted it on Facebook, he posted it like a minute later and I listened to the radio and they announced it on there. OOOPS.

Damn.

What a legend. I have read a couple of his books multiple times, and he is/was such a leader, and he'll definitely be missed. Even though he was old and not involved in coaching for many years, he still was one of the most respected people who had anything to do with college basketball and was still very relevant.

RIP.

I loved watching UCLA basketball late at night when I was a kid.

Those were some great teams!

Rooted hard for them when Sidney Wicks & Curtis Rowe took down Artis Gilmore & Jacksonville. I was heartbroke when Notre Dame broke their win streak & was disappointed when they didn't win the NC in 1974.

"I feel....HAPPEEEEEEEEEEEE, I feel....HAPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

Brilliant movie making. So many wonderful moments in the Holy Grail.

We all know what Wooden did as a coach, both the good and the bad. I refuse to tear a man down while he's on his death bed by focusing on his shortcomings. He has been an inspiration to so many people in so many ways. What he accomplished at UCLA will never be approached again, with or without breaking the rules.

All the best to you, Wizard of Westwood!

Pope. That sounds about right. The Pope and the Catholic Church are into cover-ups, and Wooden and UCLA are into cheating and generally breaking the rules. So, I agree. Perfect example.:p
