I am sure things are a mess there. Hopefully he and his family got through this unscathed. Hopefully he is able to check in soon.

Thoughts and prayers are with you Bwana.

Given the relative sizes of Montana and your average tornado, I'd say that his chances are pretty good.

Given the relative sizes of Montana and your average tornado, I'd say that his chances are pretty good. That's a fairly simple way of looking at things! :D

LOL quit making sense. We are taught by the news to freak out over every little event that happens.

Our Montana Planeteers are in more danger from grizzlies than tornados. I'll go out on a limb and wager that everyone is ok.

A little bit of flooding but the roof is still attached and he's not looking for the wizard while walking down the yellow brick road.

The big guy and family is fine.

The tornado hit Billings, the largest town in Montana. I read that no one was seriously injured, but there was a lot of property damage. Nasty storms, those tornados... :(

Usually when a tornado meets up with Bwana the tornado loses.

I don't have the foggiest clue where it can be held. I don't know of another indoor arena where it can be held in town. I think it might have to be played at the opponents stadium. I don't know though.

Well now, that was a little western. Two twisters were starting to develop over the house, but moved on the extra 4 miles before one touched down. Two of the window wells filled up and the basement and I got a little flooding. I just got done removing the carpet and installing a pump in each window well. In theory, round two may be here tonight. Bring it on Mother Nature you nasty old snatch, I'm ready for ya. :) I do know, I don't want to quit the engineering business and start a landscaping gig. Digging out window wells kicked my ass. Small areas, with little room, is not great on ones back.

Thanks for the thoughts gents, it's much appreciated.

Some reads on the "big wind."

I once was 2.5 blocks away from a tornado. It completely leveled the Dairy Queen right down the street. Didn't realize it was that close at first. We were all drunk on a Saturday evening in college throwing beer cans at it over the cliff of our back yard. Doing a lieutenant dan and saying "Come on! You call this a storm? Blow, you son of a bitch, blow! It's time for a showdown! You and me! I'm right here! Come and get me! Ha ha!"
