Who will win it all?

Alabama 3/1
Ohio St 4/1
Nebraska 7/1
Texas 8/1
Boise St, Florida 10/1
Oklahoma 15/1
Iowa 18/1
Texas A&M 125/1
Oklahoma State 250/1
Missouri 150/1
Washington 75/1
Baylor 500/1

If Pryor doesn't suck I say OSU wins it. Alabama will be good but they lost alot of talent.

Yea 10/1 isn't bad no way the NCAA would let Boise State in though. Also wow Nebraska 7/1?

Definitely Nebraska.

Nebraska MIGHT have had a chance, had they not decided to give the Big XII the middle finger. I predict no less than three losses for them in the final seconds due to some holding/personal foul/pass interference calls. They may not even win the north.....

Where is KU on that list? Or don't they make numbers that big?

Don't think for a second that hasn't crossed my mind. If nothing else it will be a good excuse when we inevitably fall well short of these lofty expectations.

The pessimist in me says that Alabama won't repeat. But I'd love it if they did, just to see first hand how perhaps the most ravenous college football town in the country celebrates a title run.

Really? My casino cash would be on Mizzou to win the North. Nebraska is way overrated to me.

I'm pulling for Mizzou to be sure, but Nebraska just seems primed in Bo's third year. Not sure what kind of turnover they are looking at on offense, but don't sleep on them.

I don't think their QB can get it done. Meanwhile, I know that Gabbert can play and hasn't come close to reaching his ceiling, to boot.

I am really looking forward to what Gabbert brings to the table this year. I may even pull a frazod and state that I'm more excited for Mizzou football than Chiefs....

No offense but I find this funny coming from a team that couldn't stop Navy and lost it's best player on defense. Nebraska easily has 5 NFL players.

I'll tell you a guy to look out for: PJ Smith. If this dude has any speed he'll be a monster.

I chalk that Navy loss up to coaching mostly. I'm not sure that MU did lose their best player on defense, actually. I think one could make the case that MU's best defensive player - last year and this year - is Aldon Smith.

Did they fire the D-cord? Yea Aldon might be there best player your right Spoon was the leader though. Look I have Mizzou ranked 25 in my mock poll. I don't think they'll get us this year though. The year after Mizzou will be very very good.

Where did you get these odds from?
Everything I'm seeing has OSU, Alabama, Florida, and Oklahoma at 6-1
followed by Boise St, Nebraska, Texas at 12-1
TCU and Va Tech at 15-1
Baylor and Mizzou at 100-1

The media will be the first to jump off your bandwagon after Lee's first 80 yard passing game.

Has he been named the starter? Last I heard he was battling Green to be QB2.

Lee won't make or break the team. He has to manage the game, make a few plays and keep it respectable. The defense and running game will be more important.

What about him? He's an unknown at this point. Last year we thought we had Cody Green in our back pocket, and he turned out to be dumber than a bucket of nails.

He is the most athletic of the 3 Qb's and might be the best fit as he can make plays. His decision making is a work in process then again you can say that about all 3 QB's. Hopefully Bo gives T-mart a fair chance.

Martinez is one of those players who does great in the spring game but never sees the field in the regular season.

So when exactly did he get hurt last year? IIRC, he was doing quite well against non-conf cupcakes at the beginning of the year. Then he went downhill fast when conf play began. Did he get hurt at the end of the last non-conf game?
