Yes, Emmitt Smiff is about to receive his greatest honor.

And apparently he isn't going to use notes. So grab your popcorn and enjoy the rice of passage every great running back receives.

You should have seen him while Floyd Little spoke. Emmitt was like "Oh my God I have nothing to say."

Congratulations Emmitt. Well deserved.

Forget Emmitt, that piece of fecal matter from Denver deserves our wrath and ridicule instead.

I loved watching Emmitt play. I hope to love watching him butcher English.

The microphone is rebelling against stupid overload.

He's actually doing fairly well. He must be gearing up for a rice of passage or something glorious.

I'm amazed at how well he's doing.

Emmitt's tearful ode to FB "Moose" Johnston was legitimately touching.

It was an outstanding speech, which makes me feel sort of bad for starting this thread honoring the greatest running back ever from Pissacola Flurida who yous will ever see.

Seriously, it was nice.

Rice had a really good speech, but he should have memorized it more. A speech is supposed to be smooth, everyone isn't supposed to know that you're reading it.

It was a good speech until he referenced "Dancing With the Stars." Ay caramba.

Rice's speech was horrible!! He had someone write it and read every damn word. Boring as hell!!

I went into watching this thinking Rice's speech would be great and Emmitt's would be terrible, although it was by far the other way around.

Emmitt's tribute to Moose brought tears to my eye's.

Rice's read from his notes made me cringe, like he had barely ever read anything before.

Sun shines on a dog's azz every now and again.

Emmif Smif had his pinacle moment.

Rice redefined the expectations of a go-to-guy at WR, broke all meaningful records, and set the bar for WR's. He gets emotional and ****s completely up on HOF day I have no problems with it...
