Good day for baseball, our starter isn't completely overmatched, and we have pitching prospects going in all 3 levels today.

HTML and probably about 100 edits during the game. I'm an obsessive baseball nerd with a little too much free time to follow a horrific team with maybe, hopefully, kinda sorta, a bright future, I think.

I can't believe they actually restarted that game last night. Wonder if they would have done it if the Yankees were ahead :hmmm:

I had no doubt, yankees ahead or not, the whole night would have needed to be rained out. It was not a getaway day, and neither was the next day. However, the Yankees are not scheduled to come back to KC. They would have waited to midnight if they had to.

They damn near did, last I checked it was after 11 and the tarp was still on the field.

Game must not have ended till 2 AM

Noted. How's three long homers sound?

On a side note. The home runs are not flying out of Yankee Stadium like they did last year. Seems a change in the wind pattern after the old Stadium was torn down has affected how the ball carries to right field.

yeah, appears they have adjusted with some help from our useless pitcher. That would have been 5 or 6 homers so far in a lot of other stadiums.
