I started watching and got about 5 or 6 minutes in, but I didn't feel like the animation was doing much more than making me sit there and wait while he made his point. So I stopped. But it was cool in it's way.

Protect individual liberty, and the rest will take care of itself almost like it was magic. It's not magic though. If you're wearing leech repellant in a pond, you'll be able to enjoy the liberty of the pond without worrying about getting your blood sucked dry. It's not magic. And it doesn't mean you have the liberty to drown someone else. It just means you have the liberty to swim with everyone else without worrying about having to feed the leeches.
