At least five of the 34 House Democrats who voted against their party’s health care reform bill are highlighting their “no” votes in ads back home. By contrast, party officials in Washington can’t identify a single House member who’s running an ad boasting of a “yes” vote — despite the fact that 219 House Democrats voted in favor of final passage in March.

I think it has less to do with shame and more to do with trying to save their political careers.

The one refrain I really hope Republicans adopt (if they want to win) is to nationalize this election with a very simple question: "If you win, my Democratic friend, will you caucus with the Democrats and support Nancy Pelosi as speaker so she can try to pass bills like health care or not?"

The more they try to run away from the issue the more I would tie them to their support of Pelosi (or Reid).

How is it misleading? If it had been about Kansas losing to NDSU, it would have been misleading. Instead, it was about Democrats who voted against Obamacare touting their votes while those who voted for it aren't mentioning their votes.

Democrats just aren't campaigning on it because they know most people think it didn't go far enough.

What isn't misleading is that US Senator Russ Feingold (D) from Wisconsin wasn't even close to noOBAMA on Labor Day when noOBAMA was spewing read meat to the UNION punks. Much can be read into the fact that Feingold was absent from that union rally.
