You can scheme around some things, I agree with that, you do however need something to work with.

The way they play defense is smart because of their offense they can take those chances, a team like ours I dunno if going high risk/high reward is the best thing.

Ellis makes them better up the middle than us though which is a huge deal, if I thought the Chiefs could have a middle of the pack run D I'd say they could scheme around a lot. Their middle is much much stronger than ours.

Because he doesn't blitz like crazy, plus he got Vilma+Sharper+a huge improvement from Greer and Ellis last year.

That's a lot of talent to infuse along with Gregg Williams.

Vilma was a shell of himself in 2008 b/c of his knee.

Aside from Eric Berry, who have we added to the starting defense?

Arenas was oustanding on both KR & PR in college and is the best returner on the team. He can handle both jobs.
