The Kansas City Chiefs (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/teams/kansas-city-chiefs) have released their inactives for today's game against the Cleveland Browns (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/teams/cleveland-browns):

DE Tyson Jackson (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/71422/Tyson_Jackson), RT Ryan O'Callaghan (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/1694/Ryan_O), CB Jackie Bates (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/78010/Jackie_Bates), FB Mike Cox (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/34466/Mike_Cox), S Jon McGraw (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/1486/Jon_McGraw), LB Charlie Anderson (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/2701/Charlie_Anderson), TE Jake O'Connell (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/71425/Jake_O) and LB Justin Cole (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/109479/Justin_Cole).

Jackson and O'Callaghan were ruled out on Saturday night. The surprise here is McGraw, who appeared on the injury report Friday as probable.

That means Kendrick Lewis (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/109203/Kendrick_Lewis) is already getting a start at safety. Considering his recent play, there shouldn't be much (if any) of a drop off.

The Browns inactives also confirmed that QB Jake Delhomme (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/2148/Jake_Delhomme) is out this game. It'll be QB Seneca Wallace (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/2344/Seneca_Wallace).

You all ready for a couple of rookie safeties today?

Lewis is a ball-hawk. I hope he makes the most of his opportunity.

I can't believe I am saying this but I hope the D-line doesn't suffer much with TJ out.

I'd almost like to see us put Hali on the line and move Studebaker into the starting line-up with Jackson being out. I also think we should throwm Demorrio Williams out there a little today.

McGraw is not a bad guy to have, but only in certain situations, and certainly not deep in coverage.

Excited to see what Lewis has.

Uh......no.

Hali would be abused at DE in the run game (even more than usual).

Start Smith at DE.

Do NOT move Tamba to the line in a 3-4, especially since he's slimmed down to OLB size. He'd get pushed around like and 8th grader at a frat party. I'm good with seeing what Demorrio can do, especially on passing downs. Hell, let him spy on Wallace.....

No way. Not in a 3-4. Hali would get killed.

No way. Not in a 3-4. Hali would get killed. Not in the full-time role, just on passing downs and just while Jackson is out.

Even then, I'd rather keep Hali at OLB, with Gilberry at DE and Studebaker on the other side of Hali.

Need to see if Studebaker can produce.

Start Smith at DE.

Especially against the Browns offensive line. Even if Jackson were available, they are most likely going to get freight trained in the run game. The linebackers are going to have to play like they did in Week 1 because Alex Mack, Steinbach and Thomas are going to pretty much have their way against the Chiefs defensive line. Smith at least gives the Chiefs some beef up front.
