KANSAS CITY, Missouri - For the second time in as many weeks, Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Shaun Smith is being accused of inappropriately touching a player on the opposing team.
This time, according to CSNBayArea.com , it’s 49ers rookie right tackle Anthony Davis , who was flagged for an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty for retaliating against the alleged touching in the second quarter of the Chiefs 31-10 victory over the Niners.
“I think he got hit inappropriately,” Niners coach Mike Singletary said of Davis.
“He treid to feel me,” Davis, the rookie out of Rutgers said. “That’s weird, right?”
Weird or not, what is a little alarming is that Smith was accused of similar antics last week. Cleveland Browns center Alex Mack told reporters last week Smith touched him inappropriately during a play , also in the second quarter.
Mack also appeared to retaliate, though not on the same or next play. Instead, on the Browns’ next drive, he committed his own 15-yard penalty, knocking the Browns into a further field goal attempt that was missed.
A spokesman for the Chiefs said the team had no comment Monday morning.

If he touches another boy, I'm going to assume he's the Bishop of a large Georgia church.

Bishop Smith.
